Zak joined The Cali Lab with only a few weeks of Calisthenics training under his belt.

Zak’s main goals were to unlock the handstand, muscle up and improve his functional strength.

Zak smashed all of these within his first 8-weeks. Going from barely getting chin over bar pullups to his first NO BAND muscle up.
